shipbuilding and repairing yard, the whole area of such lot must be filled in to such levels as the

Director of Public Works may require and any pro-

-tection required for such filling-in must be executed by the lessees at their own cost to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works. The

whole of such works to be completed within 3 years from the date of a latter signed by the Director of Public Works requiring the leasees to carry out

such works.

(g). The lessees to expend a sum of not less than

$20,000.00 cn buildings on the lot shewn cross- -hatched in yellow within 4 years from the date

mentioned in (a).

(h). The lessees to pay into the Colonial Treasury with- -in fourteen days of the date mentioned in (e) premium at the rate of 15 cents per square foot for the extension show edged in red on plan. (j). The lessees will be granted the area coloured

yellow on plan in exchange for the area coloured green. The area coloured green to be surrendared to Government, free of buildings within a period of 12 months from the date of the letter mentioned in (e). The area coloured yellow to remain avail- -able as a public road and no interference to be caused with the pier projecting from same until the surrender of the area coloured and cross- -hatched green has been completed.

(k). Crow rent for the entire lot shem cross-hatched

in yellow on plan to be assessed at the rate of $250.00 per acre per annum and to commence from the date mentioned in (a).
